Why these inspection tools?

The aim is to let a visitor inspect the actual build in a browser and then open the same design in engineering software. The browser assets are documented derivatives; saved native sources retain their identity.

3D: named meshes, with solid geometry available separately

Three.js renders compact GLB exports produced through native FreeCAD tessellation. We preserve object identities, assembly structure and source references so visitors can select, isolate and hide parts. CAD millimetres/Z-up are converted explicitly to glTF metres/Y-up. Mesh tolerances and quantization are recorded in the export manifest.

A combined STL is useful for an overview but cannot supply this assembly structure. Browser tessellation also cannot replace editable CAD or exact STEP solids. STEP and complete native packages therefore accompany the viewer. Display colours for imported board STEP geometry are categorical; see original KiCad renders for the saved package appearance.

PCB: interactive components, plus all four copper layers

InteractiveHtmlBom supplies component/value search, footprint selection and net highlighting in self-contained HTML. Its track/zone view covers F.Cu/B.Cu, while these boards also have In1.Cu/In2.Cu. We show this limit explicitly and supply separate native KiCad exports of all four copper layers.

The two unfitted driver capacitors remain visible as footprint positions and are omitted from fitted component counts and populated 3D geometry. Mounting holes are geometry rather than electrical components.

Schematics: current native-rendered sheets

Native KiCad exports provide all 80 sheets in the current integrated hierarchy, retaining global references, exact drawn symbols and readable vector detail. The sheet index searches the actual text exported by KiCad. It does not invent electrical connectivity from image pixels.

KiCanvas is a promising interactive alternative, but its published embedding API is alpha/incomplete and does not establish complete KiCad 10 support. This release uses the native-rendered sheets and complete PDF as its dependable circuit reading path. More interaction is not useful if it silently omits part of a circuit.

Downloads and source authenticity

STEP exports contain solids for CAD interchange; GLBs contain triangles for browser display. Complete native ZIPs retain the feature module, project hierarchy and local dependencies needed to open the current FreeCAD and KiCad designs. Stock KiCad 10 3D libraries are an explicit installation requirement for native board viewing.

The complete reference STEP includes all 260 objects shown in its browser assembly. The future fitted STEP includes 230 physical parts; six nonphysical internal allocation volumes can be inspected separately in the browser/native model. The large reference electronics do not fit the compact future concept.

Project credit and limits

Pratham Varma conceived and steered Project SCCI RH, with substantial AI-assisted research, engineering, coding and writing recorded in the contribution statement. AstroSam's Mind-Link inspired the progression from a future concept to inspectable engineering. SCCI_RH develops its own spinal-interface mechanisms and artifacts.

The work is entirely digital. Geometry checks, exported circuits, compiled images and finite software studies do not establish manufactured, implanted or biological performance.
